Seoul Gimpo International Airport (GMP), once Korea's main airport, now primarily serves domestic routes and shuttle flights to Tokyo Haneda, Osaka, and other nearby cities. Located 18 km west of central Seoul, it handles about 21 million passengers. Seoul Metro lines 5, 9, and the AREX connect Gimpo to the city center in about 20 minutes.
