Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) is Poland's largest and busiest airport, located 10 km south of Warsaw's city center. Handling over 18 million passengers, it serves as the hub for LOT Polish Airlines and Star Alliance. The airport is connected to the city by bus, urban railway, and is close to Warsaw's metro system. A new mega-airport, Central Communication Port (CPK), is planned for the Warsaw area.
