Cairo International Airport (CAI) is Egypt's main international airport and the busiest in Africa. Located 22 km northeast of Cairo, it handles over 22 million passengers through three terminals. The airport serves as the hub for EgyptAir, Africa's oldest airline. Cairo is the gateway to the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and the Egyptian Museum — some of humanity's greatest archaeological treasures.
